WHAT WE DO
GROUP COACHING
GROUP COACHING
For employer and community groups with an interest in improving health and wellness. A class may meet once a week for 6 to 10 weeks and may focus on subjects such as weight management, physical activity, healthy eating, tobacco cessation, and stress management. Morning, midday, and evening classes are available. Limited to 15 participants per class.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
For those living with a health concern who want to better manage their condition and for those seeking improved health results to feel and look better. Because successful, lasting, lifestyle change takes time, packages range from 6 sessions and up and are used over 2 to 12 months. The frequency of sessions varies and typically begins as one session every 7 to 10 days. Sessions are held in person, by telephone, and video conference by appointment.
SEMINARS
SEMINARS
For employer and community groups seeking a 1 hour interactive discussion on health and wellness subjects such as weight management, healthy eating, physical activity, tobacco cessation, or stress management. These are often delivered as “lunch and learn” seminars for employees. Morning and evening seminars are also available.
